One registrant was unable to register and sent me a screen shot with this error;
“An error has occurred; Please enter a valid email address.”
This individual is a friend of mine and we exchange several emails from this email address every day so i know that it is a valid email. I went into the system and registered him with the same email and it went through without an error. He received the confirmation email at the address and I received the confirmation as well. Any thoughts on what could be the problem? Thanks!

Hi there,

Which browser was the user using at the time?

Can you link me to the event so I can run a couple of test registrations?

He was using Safari on a MacBook Air. This registration is by invitation only so I cannot list the URL here. Send me your email and I will email it to you.
