Email confirmations won't move to Inactive Messages

When someone registers for this event they receive the custom Event Registration Details email that I have created but also the default showing all of the questions and answers. Can I stop the default message sending and just send the custom email?

Hi there,

Yes. You will need to remove the shortcode form the “To:” field in whichever email you are wanting to stop sending out.
