I have a client that is having issues receiving email confirmations listing ALL registered users when they are using Group Registration. She is receiving the first one registered, but none of the additional registrants are listed. Any help would be appreciated.
Can you create a test event, set it to allow group registrations, and set it to capture Additional Attendee Registration info? Then can you let us know the ID of the event so we can run some test registrations? This will help us narrow down what’s causing the issue.
I just forwarded the notification email that my client received. It is in the body of the service request we have open with them for this. thanks for all the help.
I checked the copy of the registration notification you sent and it has both the primary and additional registrations listed. If you review the message, you’ll see the primary attendee’s name is test 1, followed by a break in the email that looks like this:

<---------------------------------------------->
Then the additional attendee (test 2) info follows.
