Hello, sorry a general question. This bit me in the butt last year when some attendees were not getting confirmation emails (something I have been fighting with for 2 years). Before the event, I sent out a bulk email to make sure everyone had it. Little did I know it also sent the email to incomplete transactions as well. I ended up with about 100 people (the event had many thousands) who all wondered if they had been billed when they did not complete the transaction.
I was told that it would be a potential future release item to chose which attendee type would get the email. I went to send it tonight but do not see an option to select some or all attendees. What happens when I click send? Will just the confirmed get it, or unconfirmed as well?
There isn’t a filter feature for the registration status. All attendees for this event in the attendee records screen will receive your message. If there are some that are incomplete, then they would need to be removed first.
