Email addresses for Registration Confirmations

If I change the email address where registration confirmations are sent will this change it for all live events or just new ones? Is it possible to have different email addresses for registration confirmations for each live event?

Hi there,

It depends on how you change it really but for the most part, it will affect all events, not just new ones.

By registration confirmations, I assume you mean the registration approved email sent to the Event Admin?

Do the people you want to receive the emails have a user account on the site? I ask because you could set the message to sent the event admin email to the event author email, then set each event to have the ‘correct’ event author.

If not, the other option will be to create unique custom messages for each person’s email and then select that custom message on each individual event so it is sent to the correct person.

I can add more details on either method if you let me know which you would prefer to use.
