the system email address is not posting to the registration form. I have a pdf copy of the registration I can email to show you the issue. Also on the pdf receipt it displays an Arizona address instead of our address.

On another issue, is possible to have conditional required fields?

thanks

Thanks, please update the address for your organization in WP-admin –> Event Espresso –> General Settings page.

Then also do the same for the invoice payment method if it is in use.

Next, when you say registration form, are you referring to the form that is used during registration checkout?

Our address is already in the general settings. Yes, the registration checkout. Do you have an email address I can send you the pdf to show you the problem?

Hi, a PDF isn’t needed but thank you. When Event Espresso records a registration, that information should be saved to the registrations overview screen.

When you view that registration record, do you see the email address for your attendee/registrant along with other information such as the first name and last name?

Or, is this a question on how to add information to the receipt?

the other attendee information is there like first name and last name but there is no email address. When I tested it on the front end I entered an email address but it didn’t appear with the registration. The registration form was created with an older version of EE and then modified once I updated it. However, the email address is a system field.

Hi Susan, would you happen to know if that email field was repurposed (e.g. renamed to collect something else)? That could cause this issue.

Could you provide a temporary login via this link so we can get more information:

Funny, but never noticed that on previous registrations. I did what you said and everything looks good. When I view “View Full Order Confirmation Receipt” I still see an Arizona address instead of our address.

Hi Susan, did you update the address in both of the following locations?

Your organization page in your WP dashboard
Invoice address via the payment methods page for the invoice payment method in your WP dashboard

It was in the invoice address that I had to change.

So, final question I have is it possible to have a conditional required field? We have a question asking how many siblings with a drop down selection of 1,2,3.

If the user selects 1, then we want to require them to fill out questions for sibling #1 name and sibling #1 age. Is that possible?

Hi Susan, conditional questions are not currently supported in Event Espresso 4.
