I downloaded the free EE version and i’d like to upgrade to Pro. It won’t let me purchase a license because it says my email address is already in use. I’m not sure what’s going on here. How can i buy the pro version? And it says it costs $89, but then when I try to check out it says $99. Hmmmmm…

It looks as if you already have access to a premium account with us, or are you trying to purchase a second license? https://eventespresso.com/users/bwaybound/

It might be best to just contact the sales team directly.

I am Erin and I’m a little concerned someone else was able to log into our account. No one else has the pw, so this is a little surprising to me. I’ve changed our profile but can the support staff help me figure out how this could happen.

Hi Erin,

I can help you figure this out. Do you and your staff all log in to your account here from the same computer, or is more than one computer in the office where the account is logged into? Along with that, have any of these computers been replaced in the last year?
