September and October do not show in the filter dropdown.

Can you provide more details, please?

From the above we have no idea which section you are in, or which dropdown you are referring to.

I wish we could attach screenshots….

When you are in Admin and click EVENTS. Above the lis of events are drop downs for filtering.

One is Select a Month / Year. September and October are not listed.

You can add screenshots, you need to host the image and post the link here, or use a service such as monosnap. We have some ideas here:

Do you have events created for those months? The dropdown will only display months that have events within them.

For example on one of my test sites it looks like this – http://take.ms/vcYUq

If I then create an event in December it will look like – http://take.ms/bnTY6

Great.

Note that most of the filters are contextual, as in we try not to show you a filter that takes you to nothing.

So if you filtering events/registrations you can filter the data you have, not the data you don’t.
