I’m getting this error on some pages of the website where I have EE4 installed, you advised someone else they update their EE4 version, I already did that and am still getting it. WordPress version is up to date too….
It is happening on pages where the event plugin not used. http://www.angelsdesserts.co.uk/cakes-lincoln/giant-cup/
There is an example, it does not happen on chrome, but on Firefox and IE it is happening for us also heard reports from other users as well.
All the cakes are normal Posts, Pages don’t seem to be effected.
It looks like a JavaScript issue.
I checked your site and the source of the page indicates that this site has 4.3.0.beta.024. The stable release includes some fixes for the shortcode tracking that were not in the early betas. The 4.3.0-beta pre-release has now been superseded by the stable release of 4.3.0. You can download the stable version from your account page.
In the future, please keep in mind that the best place to preview and test pre-releases are on sites under development or on testing servers.
Thanks Josh, didnt realise we had downloaded the beta version! That’s fixed the issue however my tickets are now at the top of the page! I prefered them at the bottom as there are so many, what the easiest way to relocate them?
