Receiving this error on thank you pages that don’t have the short code or anything. I’ve checked the settings and its pointing to the right page. Can you please assist. |
Hi Karl, Can you link us to the page so we can investigate please? |

Hi! I received the link via email. Thanks. I was not able to duplicate the issue in Safari by filling out the MailChimp widget. Is this the correct area? http://cl.ly/image/2d473y3I1J0L Here are the steps: Go to home page –> scroll down to end of page –> locate newsletter, enter information and submit form What web browser are you using? — |

It is the /thank-you page it happens whenever you access it. You don’t have to sign up to the newsletter. Go to here. Link We need this fixed as soon as possible. We are using Firefox & have also tried Chrome. |
Which page is your EE thank you page? The page containing [ESPRESSO_THANK_YOU]. |

Hi Tony, The Thank you page is configured as this page: http://www.matthudson.com/courses/thank-you It also has the shortcode on there. Can I give you guys FTP/Wordpress details as we really need this sorted as soon as possible. |
Sure, if you send login details using this form: https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ I’ll take a look. |

Okay submitting it now. |

Are you guy’s tweaking this at the moment as we’ve just had an email from a user trying to pay and its getting to the checkout page and its blank. |
Hi Karl, No we are not currently making changes on the site. One thing I do notice is the site is running 4.6.0, we have release multiple bugfixes since that version. Can you please update to the latest version (currently 4.6.4.p). Then go to Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Critical Pages. Click Save to re-save you page config. Then check the checkout page to see if it shows anything? |

Hi Tony, I’ve just upgraded and this seems to have fixed the payment issue with the checkout page. It has not resolved the initial issue though. |
Hi Karl, It turns out if you have another page with the same page slug as the EE thank you page EE will display that error message on both pages. It is expected for that notice to be shown on the EE Thank You page, as your users should not be directly navigating to that page, however it also should not be displayed on other ‘Thank You’ pages. I have created a ticket for this. In the mean time you’ll need to edit the slug of either one of those pages so that they are both not ‘thank-you’. |
