Ok, so I have an event it has 269 registrants so far.
When I login to the mobile app the overview shows:
Sold: 150
Paid: 142.
I had manually added 188 people which appear to show up in the main list but don’t appear to show up in the check in section but don’t show up in the totals?
Api Settings I checked already they are set as:
Events 50
Attendees 1,000
Registrations 1,000
Since you mentioned the OS, I was on my android phone.
I pulled it up on my iPad and found that it shows the correct numbers. Although on my partners iPhone the little “i” icon doesn’t even appear to see the stats.
Since the iPad was showing correct data I figured maybe the Android is caching, so I went into app manager and cleared all data then re-logged in and its still showing the wrong data.
From the attendee listing screen can you swipe down to force a refresh of the attendee listing. Does it pull the new attendees?
If you tap the settings button (the 3 dots on the top right), there should be a ‘Load MAX Attendees’ option, is that ON of OFF if ON tap it so it displays OFF when viewing the settings again.
Now once again swipe down to re-pull the attendees.
