I was creating a new ticket for an event. The error above cropped up and when the page reloaded it showed no price for the ticket (and minus £15 as the price on the user side because it applied the modifier to £0). The new ticket had the same first 34 characters as an existing ticket. Could this be the cause of the problem (i.e. the software looked at the first <35 characters and thought the ticket names were duplicate)? When I changed the ticket name it worked fine.

Hi Jonathan, a ticket with 35 characters should not be an issue. Are you experiencing this with the latest version of Event Espresso 4?
