We are running EE 3.1.36.6 on WP 4.1.8 and are using e-way. I have had a couple of transactions which are showing on EE as incomplete, but have been processed and approved by e-way. As a result neither the registrant or the admin received an email from EE to confirm registration, however we did receive confirmation of the payment from e-way. Can you advise why this may be occurring? (please note there have been 26 registrations on this particular event, only two are showing like this, one is a multiple registration however).
This may be caused by caching, or you can check your server’s PHP error log for PHP errors when the payments occurred. Network traffic can also cause this because if the payment notification is delayed between eWay and your site, it can time out.
