EE4 Yearly subscription or one-off payment?

Hi all,
Just a quick question with regards to EE4. It says its $49.99/ Year on the website, does that mean its a yearly subscription? I was under the impression that EE was a one-off cost, and you could pay again after a year for support/upgrades?

Hi Ismail,

You are correct. The per year is related to getting upgrades and support after the first year. Plus the second year fees are discounted 25-50% depending on the license you have AND if you renew on time.
