Hello,
I just purchased EE4 with Grid View add on but now I am reading the documentation that it is not compatible with Multiple Event. Is it better to switch to Table View Add On instead?
I want all events (classes at my school) to show on ONE page in a grid by hour and age level and have customers select multiple classes with an Add To Cart button (without being redirected to the cart each time). I have tried using [ESPRESSO_CART_LINK event_id=”535″ direct_to_cart=1 moving_to_cart=”Redirecting to cart…”] and other variables on a new page but it doesn’t work.
What I want is to somehow set the site up like I have below, but instead use EE4 as my cart (So I can collect registration data).

Please advise whether it would be easiest to use 1) Add to Cart button (and how do I add this for each event to one page) 2) Table view plugin 3) Grid view plugin

Hi there,
This [ESPRESSO_CART_LINK] shortcode is for EE3 and will not work with EE4.
With EE4 to allow you to add events to the cart your event needs to display the ticket selector, however neither the Table or Grid view templates support this so whichever option you choose will need some custom development to create a template that also outputs the ticket selector.
EE4 works different with the cart in that you need to select a ticket to register onto within the ticket selector and then add the ticket to the cart. Do you have multiple tickets available within each event or a single ticket selection?
