EE4: Where is the "Alternate Email Addresses" Option? « Event

Hi,

in EE3 was the very practical “alternate email address option” for a single event. Where can I find this feature in EE4?

Hi,

You can enable this through the Event Editor at the bottom of the page:

Click on switch to custom templates for the registration approved message type. Then a window will appear.

Add a comma and then your additional email:

http://cl.ly/image/2g100y2m2q3P

Then save changes by scrolling down and clicking on the blue save button.

Thx for the reply.

This would be a good solution if it would work.
If I click on Switch to Custom Templates I see only the spinning wheel.

Do you have any suggestions what to do?

It should actually load right up. Are you on 4.2.6?

Hi,

If the wheel is just spinning it sounds like a JavaScript error in the admin. Can you click it so the wheel spins and then right click and Inspect Element (Chrome or Firefox) then click the Console and see if there are any Errors showing. If there are please advise.

I solved the problem. It was a problem with another plugin which used too much memory.
