EE4 Where do I find Venue Shortcodes?

According to this https://eventespresso.com/features/venue-manager/ venue shortcodes exist. Where do I find them?

I am trying to display a list of public venues with city, state, and capacity.

Hi there,

Sorry about that. The venue shortcode functionality is not available for EE4 right now. We have removed that from the description that you linked to. I recommend using the category shortcodes instead for now.
