I am working to add a waitlist to events that have multiple dates and times. For example, if there is a class that occurs monthly people can sign up for a ticket in May, June, or July. Ideally, what we would like to have happen is have a waitlist for a specific date/time if that individual class gets full. For example, if the July class is full people can still join that wait list even if the May and June classes are not yet sold out.
I have implemented the Ninja Form solution for EE4 in which you edit the functions.php but this only works if an entire event is sold out. In the example above, all instances of the class would need to be sold out in order for the “Waitlist Contact Form” to show. Is there a way around this? If you need any further explanation just let me know. Thanks in advance for any help you are able to provide!

Hi Tammi,
You can try a different approach that hooks into the ticket selector and adds the contact form to the page if any one of the tickets for that event are sold out. A code example follows:
