How come EVERY time EE updates you have to go into Permalinks and resave the settings to get the calendar registration page to work? This happens every update on every one of our sites. If you don’t go in and resave the settings you get Page not found when you click Register for an event.

Hi Dorian,
I don’t think that’s not from Event Espresso itself, I don’t have that issue on any of my sites (both testing and live site) so its likely something else on your site is flushing permalinks at an unexpected time before EE has added its CPT.
Do you have a common plugin/theme across all of the sites?

I don’t think it’s that plugin, no others? All unique themes?

I use Divi for all of them and they use the same Child Theme I created.

What I would do to try and narrow it down is create a test site, maybe just clone one of the others using whatever setup you use now and test updating Event Espresso with no other plugins and a default theme on that site and see if the same happens.
