I’m trying to update the EE4 with the latest automatic updates and keep receiving the following message:
“An automatic update for Event Espresso is available but your Support License Key is invalid. Either you have entered the wrong key on the Event Espresso General Settings page (EE3+ users) or Your Organization Settings page (EE4+ users) OR you no longer have access to the updates for this plugin. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”
I have imputed my support license again. It hasn’t work and have removed it saved my organization’s account. Refreshed the page and then imputed the license again to know avail.
If someone would be so kind as to assist me, I would greatly appreciate it.
I can’t actually, but if you log in to each of those sites, do they have the same key input on the Event Espresso > General Settings page, or are they unique keys? Do you have another account here on eventespresso.com?
We do not have another account on eventespresso. We have two separate keys. One for each of the sites. I have double checked and the EE4 key however is a free key. Do I need to upgrade to receive the updates?
The key ending in _FREE will not update EE4. You can contact the sales team via the form on this page and they can assist you with getting an account set up with another key.
