Hi,

got yet another question. 🙂

I have opened my ticket sales for an Event.
I am however thinking of doing a few changes when it comes to tickets.

The current ticket will end its sale the same day when the Event takes place and two hours before. I’d like to change this tickets end sale date and time to a couple of days before the occurrence of the Event.

Then another question. Can I setup so that I can offer “on-site registration”, meaning that someone stands at a booth and register the attendees who are not registered yet and then take charge on-site with a card machine or direct bank transfer. Not sure how to register this as Payment option.

Possible?

We don’t have a payment method that takes payments via a card machine, but you can manually apply the payment when you add attendees via the admin.

Thank you for your reply!

If I register a new Registration in the back-end (Event Espresso -> Events -> Registrations -> Add New Registration) how would I then handle the payment option?

Now I only have Stripe as Payment Method/Gateway but that will not be the choice I want to make in the back-end of the system. I would like to choose like “iZettle” so that is printed on the booking confirmation (receipt).

You can activate one of the other offline payment methods in Event Espresso > Payment Methods, set its name to iZettle, and set the payment method for admin use only.
