Guys sorry to post this in the general support Forums, but it has been over three days since I wrote you asking the below: I have EE4 as you know, but due to the lack of add-ons I would like to know the best option for me to revert back to my previous EE3 package including all my add-ons. This question should be a relatively easy one from the billing team to answer, so please get in touch as support never use to be this slow.. |
Hi there, No need to apologize, this is the best place to ask for support! Yo can deactivate Event Espresso 4 and reactivate Event Espresso 3 from the WordPress plugin manager page. If you took a database backup of your site before activating Event Espresso 4, you can restore to the backup. More info on restoring from backups here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-back-up-your-site/#restoredatabase If you did not make a backup of the database before activating Event Espresso 4, you will need to manually set up the event pages with the correct shortcodes as outlined in Event Espresso > General Settings > Page Settings and in this document: |

Hi there, If you check with your host they may have a backup of the files from your site before they were deleted. I’m not able to send you files that your current support license does not have access to. |

Hi there, You have access in your account to what your current support license gives you access to. The thing is I am not authorized to send files or give file access to those who have accounts that do not have a current support license for downloads they are requesting. If you feel that there’s an error with your account or if it’s not an error and you would like to request a discount code to upgrade your account to have access to Event Espresso 3 and its add-ons please contact the sales team by sending an email to sales@eventespresso.com |
