Hi, I’ve got an event that has about 30 dates, each date needs its own ticket as the registration dates are all different. I’ve created 21 tickets, but it wont let me save any more than that. When I add more, and press “update” on the event, it removes all the new tickets.

The event dates are all there, but the corresponding tickets disappear!

I’m running the latest version of everything too.

Hi Zoe,

It sounds like your server has hit its max_input_vars limit. If your hosts allows to raise this limit, you’ll be able to add more tickets to one event. There is a setting in php.ini that sets the limit. Here is some example code that shows how to raise the may_input_vars limit:

Depending on your server environment PHP/apache may need to be restarted on the server in order for the changes to take effect.

Bumping these values up to 2000 will potentially double the available tickets/datetimes you can create in the event editor. If you need even more then you adjust the value upwards.
