Hi,

We are using event espresso EE4 with emember solution (https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-emember-easy-to-use-wordpress-membership-plugin-1706) on our website and buddypress.

On the registration form of emember we use the predifined first name/last name/email fields.
Those fields wont appear in buddypress (we have to find a way to solve that)
But they appear when user buy a ticket ! Thats perfect!

Anyway, when a user buy a ticket there are different address Information fields (country, city, address…) . If I add an addres field to the registration field or I add a custom address field to buddypress (xprofile) in both cases if user fill those fields…. in the buy a ticket form, the address fields will remain empty.

Is there a way to sync those fields with the buddypress custom fields for ex ?
In fact, user will need to always fill the adress field each time he/she buy a ticket!

We would like to have the adress fields inside the buddypress profile for ex.

Thanks

Tony

Hi there,

I’m assuming you are using the WP User integration add-on for the auto-fill of first name, last name and email? If so you can add this snippet to you site to extend the auto fill to the address fields from your EE contact here:

https://github.com/eventespresso/ee-code-snippet-library/blob/master/addons/eea-wp-user/jf_filter_address_answer_for_wpuser.php

You can add that a custom functions plugin on your site, we have some documentation on creating one here:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/create-site-specific-plugin-wordpress-site/

To sync your address information with BuddyPress you’ll need custom development as EE doesn’t sync up with other plugins in the way you are requesting. You could try contacting one of the developers listed here:

https://eventespresso.com/developers/event-espresso-pros/

They may be able to build a BuddyPress user integration for you.
