I searched the forum and found some possible solutions to the thank you page only displaying the shortcode [ESPRESSO_THANK_YOU] but none of them have worked for me:
1. Ensure you don’t have duplicate thank you pages.
2. Ensure the critical page is set (under Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Critical Pages -> Thank You Page).
3. Simply update the thank you page again without making any changes.
4. Ensure you’re running EE4 (not EE3 which uses a different shortcode).
I’ve tried these solutions but none of these have worked for me. Any help would be appreciated.
1) Go to your Thank you page and delete the shortcode from the page content, then save.
2) Create a new page with a new name, and place the [ESPRESSO_THANK_YOU] on it, and publish.
3) You go to Event Espresso > General Settings > Critical pages, and change the page for the Thank You page to point to your new page, and save.
