EE4 Tax issue

I have “Show Prices With Taxes Included?” set to NO and it is still showing the tax in the main base price. https://www.masterpiecemixersormond.com/events/blue-poppies/

Also, sales tax (surcharge) is defaulting to 6% no matter what I change it to.
