Hi Everyone,

First of all, let’s establish that I have no idea what I am doing. I am not techie so please answer in language your grandmother would understand.

I am trying to update EE4 (I think) and it says “A new version of Event Espresso – Stripe Gateway (EE 4.6.0+) is available. View What’s New with version 1.0.14.p. A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. The key you have entered is invalid or has expired. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”

My EE4 Stripe Gateway is supposed to automatically renew today. When I click on it on the Event Espresso dashboard it says that my access to this has expired.

Can someone please tell me what to do? Or at least what this means?
