EE4 SMS Reminder and Adding it to Registration page

I’ve added EE4 SMS reminder/twilio to my wordpress site. I added a mobile question to the registration page. All settings seem to be ok but the mobile question does not show up on the registration form when you sign up for a class. What am I doing wrong?
