We’ve made a little events ticket system with EE and I just figure out that the Seating Chart Add-On is not available for the last version and strongly need this feature for some customers. I’m missing something?

Hi Paulo,
That’s correct, there is currently no seating chart add-on for EE4.
We do have it on a roadmap but do not have an eta on what it will be available, you can add your vote/comments for this feature here:

Hi Tony.
Is very frustrating to discover this after have the ticketing site done. We REALLY need this feature and, maybe my mistake, but I have seen this feature before and do not realize that it only works with an older version of EE. Please, is there another option to my case? We have a theatre costumer with a large number of seats.
By other hand, I think I discover that our second most important need will not work too. We need the user creation and editing his own event by the front end.

I’m sorry for the confusion, we highlight which version of Event Espresso a particular add-on is available for, the seating chart was only available for EE3.
We do not currently have any alternatives that can be used with EE4.
By other hand, I think I discover that our second most important need will not work too. We need the user creation and editing his own event by the front end.
This is also not currently available within EE4.
You can create a role within WordPress and assign that role to the user to allow them to create/edit their own events/registration etc but this would be within the admin, not the front end.
