I created an event, and i created 2 different tickets (2 different times). How can i see only the registered people for the ticket n.1, or for the ticket n.2? |
Go to the registrations screen for a specific event. Then scroll to the bottom and click on the blue Registrations CSV export button. You can open the file in Excel, Google Docs, or something similar and then sort by “Ticket Name”. — |

ok, i was hoping to find it without exporting! |
Hello again, this is related to your other question. The filters currently run against all available registrants. You could also search for the name of the ticket from the registrations screen. If the name is unique then you should find it quickly but if other events use the same ticket name, then it may take a little longer. — |

the filters don’t work properly: |
|
PS. and the CSV export doesn’t work well it seems ( and the file opens an “unclear single cell table” with all the infos) |
Again, the filters do not currently apply against a single event. Then run against all registrations for all events that are in Event Espresso. — |

yes, i got it, but my problem now was that whan i change page the filters reset itself and that everytime I do something I return on the first page… |
Hi Riccardo, Thanks for taking the time to leave this valuable feedback. I’ve registered your suggestions and we will keep them in mind for future features and updates! |

Hi Riccardo, Starting in Event Espresso 4.6.27, we’ve made a few adjustments to Event Espresso 4’s admin so when you use a filter, it will “stick” between views. This way they won’t reset to the way they were before. |
