Hi, the merchant area in Authorizenet would be better for processing offline payments. A blank screen / white page generally means an error is occurring. Does the same thing happen when only Event Espresso 4 is activated? Could you also temporarily enable debugging with debug display? This will let you see the error message. You can do so by adding this macro towards the middle of your wp-config.php file: https://gist.github.com/848801a1173be464fbe7 Once it is place, try triggering the error again by starting registration checkout. Then copy the error (if any) and paste into a reply here. If you do not see an error, then check this file: /wp-content/debug.log Again, if you see an error in the file, copy it and paste it here in a reply. Then go back to your wp-config.php file and set the true in the first line back to false and save changes. This last step will turn off debugging. — |

Hi, payments can’t be processed through the WP dashboard at this time. Are you wanting your customers to select a “pay at event” option or something equivalent? Also, please be sure that debugging was turned off via your wp-config.php. Otherwise, it will continue to run on its own. — |
