Looking over the postmark log, it looks like payment detail emails are being sent without fail, but Ticket Registration emails are hit or miss.
-Purchase at 830AM without Ticket Registration email
-Purchase at 957AM with Ticket Registration email
-Purchase at 1042AM without Ticket Registration email
-Purchase at 1104AM without Ticket Registration email
Can you let me know which payment method(s) were used to pay for the tickets where the Registration Approved notifications were not sent? eg. PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net?
