When a user hits the “Register” button, the following message displays on the screen:
The supplied ticket (ID 5) has no event data associated with it. EEH_Line_Item - get_event_line_item_for_ticket - 486
I have tried using the default Worpress Theme, disabling plugins, etc. There seems to be no resolution. Help!!!

I put wordpress into DEBUG MODE. I can provide additional details:
An EE_Error exception was thrown! code: EEH_Line_Item - get_event_line_item_for_ticket - 486

Hi there,
I’ve just ran a test registration on your test event and didn’t run into any problems.
Have you recent made changes to the event to fix this?

Yes, the problem ended up being related to old event data in the database. We just upgraded from EE4 Decaf. I destroyed all the existing records and reinstalled everything. We’ll re-add the events manually.

Hi, did you run a reset through maintenance mode? If so, that would have remove any existing information which would be equivalent to starting over.
