In a situation where I have a manually entered registration and then the person calls me with a credit card to pay offline, I then go to their registration, click on View Transaction and then Apply Payment.
I enter a payment type of Offline Credit Card and choose to change the registration status to Approved and choose to send related messages.
Everything goes through, the transaction shows up right, but the registration isn’t updated to Approved. I have to go in and updated the registration record to Approved manually.
Obviously this isn’t optimal and it used to work correctly.
I haven’t seen this in any of the testing we’ve done recently. Are you running the current version of EE4? It’s possible that since we use some AJAX and JavaScript in the manual payment process, there might be another plugin injecting a script somewhere. Do you see any errors on the screen when you go to apply a payment?
Hi Paul, I verified a fix for this yesterday and that will go out in a maintenance release for Monday.
