We recently just purchased the Everything License and applied the support key into the settings page. We wanted to use the Printable Ticket and QR code feature but is unable to locate/activate/customize it.
Following the documentation, we went to:
Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message Templates
Tried to look for a Message Type called Ticket. It does not exist in either page 1 or 2.
Troubleshooting steps performed:
1. Clicked on Event Espresso > Extensions & Services (it seems to list a bunch of extensions and solicits me to buy including Printable Tickets which I already have with the Everything License)
2. Clicked on Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset/Delete Data > Reset Event Espresso Capabilities
3. Created a new user and used the user role Event Administrator (no difference)
I’m sorry for the confusion. The Ticketing plugin will need to be downloaded from your account page, then installed on your website first (the support key does not “unlock” any features, it simply adds support & 1-click updates).
