At register.ilapsc.org/wordpress/attendee-registration/ if you select a number from the dropdown box, it takes you to the Registration checkout page. I have Billing information and then attendee information in my form. We want to collect email addresses from the attendees, but the primary contact is the email address of the person for billing purposes. We may have situations where the person registering multiple individuals is not an attendee. So how can I make sure that the primary registrant email goes to the billing email address and not the attendee email address. I don’t see where I can add the system email field to the billing section, but I can’t remove it from the attendee section because the system email is required for each attendee. I thought if I created a billing email address field and placed it in the billing section, the email would go there but I’m not sure it would as it wouldn’t be the required system email address.

Hello,

Event Espresso has several options for sending out email notifications to different recipients:

[SITE_ADMIN_EMAIL]
[EVENT_AUTHOR_FORMATTED_EMAIL]
[EVENT_AUTHOR_EMAIL]
[CO_FORMATTED_EMAIL]
[CO_EMAIL]
[ESPRESSO_ADMIN_FORMATTED_EMAIL]
[ESPRESSO_ADMIN_EMAIL]
[PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_EMAIL]

However, it can’t mail to an email address that is captured through a custom question.

Just curious if you’ve thought to update your plug-in to allow this scenario. I wouldn’t think I’m the first person that’s wanted to set up a registration for something where the person registering is not necessarily an attendee. The situation for me is that someone’s boss could register their employees since the company credit card or even billing has to be handled thru them. So, if they’re doing the registering I would think they would want any confirmations. Just a suggestion.
