Hello,
my message configuration contemplate that when an approval is done there are two kind of message:
1. a message to the primary participant
2. a message to the other participants
I noticed that the second message is received by the primary one. So the primary receives two messages. Is there any way to send the second message only to others?

Hi Antonio,
The ‘Primary Registrant’ is still classed as a ‘Registrant’ within the messages so if you have both the Primary Registrant context and the Registrant context they will receive both. The idea being that the Primary Registrant context would be used for additional information that only the primary registrant would receive. The standard event info which all registrants (including the primary) would be included within the registrant context.
