I’m trying to use Question Groups to collect ticket holder information for other than the primary ticket purchaser. I’ve paid for the EE4 personal license, but when I try to create a Question Group, I’m told I need to upgrade. When I click on the upgrade link, it directs me to a page that indicates I already have a license.
How can I collect name data for additionally purchased tickets?
I checked your site and it says it’s running Event Espresso Version 4.9.23.p, so it looks like your site has been upgraded to have the version that lets you create new Question Groups. Was your site running EE4 decaf earlier?
I didn’t realize until after I posted this question that I needed to upgrade the software. I had applied the license key in the Decaf software. Other plugins update their capabilities by simply adding the key, so I mistakenly assumed that case here.
