EE4 Paypal Sandbox Submit button doesn't work on Test Server

I am using EE4 Version 4.9.26.p. I have not activated our EE account because the site is on a test server.

Currently using paypal sandbox. Unfortunately, I am not able to complete a transaction and get the following failure error.
cURL error 35: error:14094410:SSL routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:sslv3 alert handshake failure

Could you please tell me is there a way to correct this?

Hi there,

You contact your host and let them know about the error you’re seeing. They’ll most likely need to update the OpenSSL version on your server.
