Hi,

Unfortunately I was not able to get a new Payment Gateway in place before my launch of an Event that takes place on January the 9th 2016, which I have to start to sell tickets too in just a couple of days.

I’ve been using PayPal standard and it has worked OK. But some of my customers have been against that they have to create a PayPal account in order to pay. They would just like to pay with Credit/Debit Card. For this I need PayPal Pro to my understanding.

However, I am not sure how to set it all up, although I’ve read some of the documentation.

I have recently requested a Premium Ticket to get the help.
