All registrations for this event are showing pending payment after successful PayPal transactions. The PayPal IPN logs show 200 for all transactions but Event Espresso is not updating to Approved and emailing registration details to the registrants.
PayPal has worked on other events. It’s just not working on this one.
The only thing that seems odd about this event is a test that I did before I opened it up. I set up a ticket for $1 to test PayPal and it worked. I then deleted the test transaction and registration. When I added the real ticket priced at $10 I could not delete the $1 ticket. It is “archived” even though there are no registrations associated with it.
I have an Event Espresso log of a PayPal transaction as well as the IPN message but I can’t see anything wrong with it. Is there a way I can get the log to you so you can look at it?
Thanks Josh. The apostrophe not being escaped was indeed the problem. I removed the apostrophe from both the event name and the ticket name and it worked.
