When we use Paypal Express and someone makes a payment, the payment goes through, but then says Pending Payment in Registrations and does not mark a ticket as Sold.
Is the user waiting for the ‘thank you’ page to load on the site?
Also, does the thank you page still have the [ESPRESSO_THANK_YOU] shortcode set?
If you open up a transaction this happened on in Event Espresso, you you’ll see the payment obect from PayPal Express shown, does that show as complete (green status bar)?
Click on the ‘View additional transactions session details’ link, what does it show there?
That’s a Stripe payment but you should have something very similar for PayPal Express.
