Hi,

How do I secure that one buyer can ONLY buy one ticket and if trying to buy again on the same e-mail address the buyer gets info that they have already purchased a ticket?

It turns out that Event Espresso 4 does not have this feature at the moment. You can leave a comment and vote for this feature request here:
