Hi
We just purchased the EE4 plugin. We have some events to be added with multiple dates, but we are unable to see the option for adding multiple dates for a single event.

Hi Prachi,
I think I know what is happening. A colleague or team member purchased a support license earlier today under this account:
openwebmandar
Could you please login to that account and download Event Espresso 4? Then remove any existing versions of Event Espresso from your site and upload and activate the new version.
You’ll then see the datetime editor within the event editor in your WP dashboard.

But I am using the same version plugin which was purchased. No other version was installed previously.

Hi Prachi, could you share a screenshot (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#screenshots) of the event editor for Event Espresso?
Event Espresso –> Events –> Add New –> Event Tickets & Datetimes
I’d like to see what is appearing for the datetimes area. It should look like this:

That was just what we needed. The screenshot that you shared is from the Events Calendar plugin.
Look for Event Espresso in the admin menus and then click on Events. Then click on Add New:
