We recently updated to EE4 and have noticed that the site does not send admin notifications though it does send confirmation notifications to the users who register for the event. Email is not going to spam and we have tried different admin emails from different domains even.
All plugins disabled and the theme set to default the issue still remains. Our site is hosted with WP Engine. Can you advise us on this issue?
Once that’s installed, you go to Event Espresso > Messages, then go to edit the admin email that you’re not receiving, and try the Test Send feature. If you don’t receive the test, you should see something in the email log that will point where to check next.
