I ran a quick test on your site, and saw no obvious issues.
Without seeing it in action it’s going to be hard to figure out the issue. Is it possible you could send a copy of the Ninja Forms plugin to support@eventespresso.com so we can examine it on a test site?
If so, please include a link to this forum page in the email.
I have Ninja Forms activated on my test site and I’m not seeing any breakage with the registration process. One thing you can check is to see if the server is running low on memory with both plugins active at the same time. If it is, you can try bumping up the memory limit.
