I what instance would 26 tickets be sold when only 25 were available?
Now instead of saying “sold out” it says “not available”. What is the difference, and why doesn’t it just say sold out?

Hi,

Did you manually add any registrations through the WordPress dashboard or did you run any test registrations for this event?

No. I set up the event and didn’t touch it again until it sold out.

No. I set up the event and didn’t touch it again until it sold out. All registrations are valid and paid.

Hi,

Could you check the timestamps on the last couple registrations and let us know if they are very close together?

We have added some additional checks in an upcoming version of Event Espresso for sold out tickets and if you did not make any changes, then this may explain what happened.

Actually, the current version (EE 4.4.1.p) has the additional checks and you can update to that version right now to avoid overselling in the future.
