I’ve attempted to connect through the EE4 Mobile App, but each time I try, I receive the error “The data is not in the correct format.” “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” I’ve double checked the permalink settings for each site in the multisite is set to POSTNAME. I’m hoping to run EventEspresso on only one site, but had to Network Activate the plugin so I could add the support license key. I’ve also installed Application Passwords to no avail. I’ve also reinstalled the plugin (and all addons) and the iOS application to no avail.

Looking at the site linked to your account you have a coming soon plugin and a recaptcha enabled after X amount of attempts.

Trying to view the REST API on your site shows a 404 not found or redirects to your construction page.

The App uses the REST API to communicate with your site, it its not accessible the app can not work, which version of WP are you using?
