Hi,

In Event Espresso / Messages, if I edit some of the messages, is it possible to enter an email address directly or do I absolutely need to use the shortcodes?

I need the same admin email to be sent to 6 different persons so I want to be able to add the emails directly in the “To” field.

Please look at this image for an example of what I want to do:

I tried and it doesn’t seem to work.

Thanks a lot.

That looks correct. Is the event admin (person who created the event) receiving the email?

Anything in junk or spam?

Hey Lorenzo,

Thanks for getting back to me this quickly.

I had checked the spam and it wasn’t there.

The error was mine, I added the emails to “Payment received” but because I was using checkout using the Cheque option, it was sending the “Registration Pending Payment” message.

I added the emails to the correct email and it’s working now.

Thanks a lot again for your help.
