Hi, I have 2 separate installations of EE4 and this is happening on both…
If I permanently delete an event I get the following error messages …
This results in the Default Message Templates being deleted … “No items found.”
I then have to go to Settings, remove the email templates and add them again … which re-instates the default messages. I’m not using the new custom templates. So I’ve lost all my custom code…. Ggrrr….

This Message Template Group is currently linked to one or more Message Template records. If this Message Template Group is incorrect, then please remove it from all Message Templates before attempting to delete it.

Hi Paul,
Thank you for reporting this.
I have reproduced this locally and issued a ticket for a developer to investigate with a note to update this thread with any news.

Hi Paul,
The issue you reported here was fixed and the Event Espresso 4.4.2.p update includes the fix.
